Evaluation Guide & Criteria:

We at IAUCI have very clear evaluation guidelines and criteria, an institution must conduct periodic evaluations of the performance of individual faculty staff. The evaluation must include a statement of the criteria and guidelines against which the performance each faculty member will be measured. The guidelines and criteria must be consistent with the purpose and goals of the institution and be made known to all staff and faculty members. The institution must demonstrate that it applies the results of this evaluation for development of the faculty and its educational programs and methods.
